Notes for the 2013 championships:
Competitors in the 100, 200, and 400 meter dashes, all hurdle races, and the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays must
check in at the check-in table at least thirty (30) minutes before the event's starting time, or they will be scratched.

Note: Local developmental (aka "preliminary" or "qualifying") meet participation has no
bearing on competing in the Association JO meet. You do not
have to compete at a developmental meet to compete at the Association JO meet.
