Welcome to the home page of the
CORNHUSKER FLYERS
The Cornhusker Flyers are a USA Track & Field
Nebraska Association member youth club,
offering an opportunity for boys and girls ages 18 and younger in the
Omaha metropolitan area to participate in the sports of track & field
and cross country. Our track & field season runs from April
to July and our cross country
season runs from September to December. To learn more about the Flyers track program, see our

Nebraska Association 2007 Season Awards Banquet
are up.
Cornhusker Flyer athletes won 4 medals at the
National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships
in Lawrence, Kansas on Saturday, December 8th.
Congratulations to Justin Liedke, 3rd-place finisher in the Bantam Boys race.
Other medalists include IG Kelli Budd (9th), MG Rebekah Topham (15th), and YW Ali Gress (18th).

44 former Flyers
are competing in track & field, cross country, and other sports at colleges and
universities across the country. (If any names are missing, let
Darwin know.)
34 Cornhusker Flyers,
past and present, competed in 63 events at their respective 2007
State High School Track meets in Nebraska and elsewhere, winning 49 medals,
including 3 bronze, 9 silver, and 13 gold -- 8 All-Class!
