Flyer athletes: If your track season is over and you are not doing Flyers cross country this fall, then it is time to return your uniform to Andrea Otte.  If you bought shorts and a club T-shirt, you can keep them.  The jersey and warmups need to be washed in cold water and hung to dry.  Please help Ms. Otte out by safety pinning the following information on the outside of the uniform bag: 1) Name (most important!) · 2) Any problems with the uniform? · 3) Do you think you will return as a Flyer next year?

9 Flyers competed in 15 events at the National Junior Olympic Championships at Sacramento City College in Sacramento, California from Tuesday, July 27 to Sunday, August 1.  Flyer athletes placed in 11 of 15 events, including 5 silver, and 3 gold.  National champions were: YG Rebekah Topham-1500 meter run and MG Katelyn Gochenour-discus/mini-javelin.  Complete Flyer results here.

19 Flyers competed in 42 events at the National Youth Outdoor Championships at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois from Tuesday, June 29 to Sunday, July 4.  Flyer athletes placed in 19 of 42 events, including 3 bronze, 4 silver, and 2 gold.  National champions were: YG Lauren Doeschot-javelin and MG Katelyn Gochenour-mini-javelin.  Complete Flyer results here.  See an interview with Katelyn here.
